By completing a purchase in our checkout, you are buying directly from Speed (SpeedSellX) . This document describes your rights and obligations when purchasing products or services through our platform. Please read the full terms before completing your purchase.


2. Acceptance of the Terms

By making a purchase, the cardholder agrees to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any provision, do not proceed with the purchas


3. Seller identity

Speed (SpeedSellX) is the entity responsible for the commercial presentation of the transaction in the checkout. Due to operational and tax requirements, the legal entity responsible for issuing tax documents may vary by jurisdiction; such information will be indicated where applicable in the checkout or in the fiscal documentation provided.


4. Product types and nature of delivery


● Digital products: include, among others, online courses, e-books, files, subscriptions and access to restricted areas. After payment is authorized, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content as described on the product page. Evidence of delivery includes activation receipts, access logs, confirmation emails and technical records.


● Physical products: are offered by sellers/producers/affiliates registered on the SpeedSellX platform. The storage, packing and shipment of physical products are carried out by partner fulfillment companies contracted for that purpose — not by the seller/producer/affiliate. Speed does not maintain physical inventory of the products offered on the platform.



5. Processing and security measures

During payment processing, Speed may, when necessary and for security or fraud-prevention reasons, temporarily delay the completion of the transaction, request additional data verification or withhold delivery until verification is complete. These measures are intended exclusively to protect the cardholder and the integrity of the transaction. If verification results in order cancellation, any refund will be made in accordance with our Refund Policy (see the corresponding section). We will always inform the customer by email about any additional verifications requested and about the order status.


6. Payments, authorization and recording

Payments submitted at checkout are subject to authorization and capture. After authorization, the transaction is recorded and Speed issues the purchase receipt to the buyer in accordance with applicable rules. In specific situations (for example, indications of fraud or the need for verification), processing may be temporarily withheld until analysis is completed — always communicated to the customer.


7. Prices, taxes and currency conversion


● Displayed prices may include taxes when required by local law; otherwise, applicable taxes will be indicated at checkout.


● Currency conversion may occur at the time of payment; any exchange differences and charges applied by the customer’s financial institution are the responsibility of the cardholder



8. Issue of receipts and tax documentation

We send a purchase receipt to the email provided at the time of purchase. Where required by law, we will issue an invoice/tax document in accordance with local rules; the checkout will indicate to whom the fiscal document will be issued when applicable.


9. Cancellation and Refund Policy


Digital products


1. The customer may request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that: a) there is no evidence of substantial consumption of the content; and b) the request is made from the email address indicated in the invoice/receipt sent after payment authorization.


2. Substantial consumption is understood as situations such as: full download of protected material, completion of the course, proven access to more than 30% (thirty percent) of the main module’s content, or provision of keys/codes that allow full use of the product. If there is evidence of substantial consumption, the refund request may be refused.


3. Products that have their own policy or promotional offers may have specific refund conditions indicated on the product page. In any case, consumer protection rights provided by the law applicable to the buyer prevail.


Recurring subscriptions


4. Subscription cancellations may be made from the user panel or according to instructions provided to the subscriber. Cancellation stops future billing; charges already invoiced for the current period will not be automatically refunded, except as otherwise stated on the product page or as required by law.


Physical products


5. Speed does not hold stock and does not perform fulfillment of physical products. Physical products sold through our platform are marketed by registered sellers/producers/affiliates and are stored, packed and shipped by partner companies specialized in fulfillment, contracted for that purpose — not by the seller/producer/affiliate.


6. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller/producer/affiliate . When a return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment (item different from the order), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the seller/producer/affiliate, in accordance with the product’s specific policy.


7. The customer may request a return and refund within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the proven date of receipt, subject to the conditions informed by the seller/producer/affiliate on the product page. Actual acceptance of the return and the procedure to be followed will depend on the supplier’s rules.


How to request a refund / return


8. The email included in the invoice/receipt sent to the customer after payment approval contains the contact of the seller/producer/affiliate responsible for the order and also Speed’s support email.


Preferably send your refund or return request to the seller/producer/affiliate email shown on the invoice. If you prefer, or if you do not receive a response from the seller/producer/affiliate, you may also contact Speed support using the email provided in the same invoice.


In your message, you must provide: order number, full name, email used for the purchase, reason for the request and supporting evidence when applicable (e.g., access screenshot, delivery proof).


Upon receiving the request, Speed will confirm the applicable procedure and, when necessary, forward it to the responsible seller/producer/affiliate so that they can execute the return/refund flow. Speed will respond to the customer within 7 (seven) business days informing the status of the request. If the refund is approved, the reimbursement will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 (ten) business days after approval, subject to banking processing times that may vary by institution.


General provisions

Consumer rights and warranties provided by the applicable consumer protection legislation prevail over any contrary provision of these Terms.


10. Chargebacks and disputes

If the cardholder opens a dispute with the card issuer, Speed may present electronic evidence proving the transaction and delivery of the product/service (receipts, emails, access logs, tracking numbers, etc.). In situations of proven fraud, Speed reserves the right to withhold funds, apply administrative measures and suspend accounts when applicable, in accordance with legal rules.


11. Data and security

Speed uses security practices applicable to payment processing and operations. We do not store, in our systems, sensitive card data beyond what is strictly necessary when required by legal and contractual standards. By completing a purchase, you authorize Speed to perform the verifications necessary for fraud prevention and transaction security.


12. Customer obligations

When purchasing, the customer represents and warrants that: (a) the information provided is true and complete; (b) they are the holder of or authorized to use the payment method provided; (c) they will not use the platform for unlawful purposes; (d) they will respect the intellectual property rights of purchased products.


13. Prohibited products and conduct

The offering/purchase of illegal goods or services, protected content without authorization, or actions that facilitate fraudulent practices is prohibited. Violations may result in order cancellation, withholding of funds and account blocking.


14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Speed’s liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the item in question. We will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or missed opportunities, except where applicable law provides otherwise.


15. Changes to the Terms and Language

We may update these Terms. Changes will be published on the site and will take effect on the date indicated. For purchases already made, the Terms applicable at the time of purchase shall apply, unless otherwise provided by law. If there is a discrepancy between translations, the version in English shall be considered the binding version, unless indicated otherwise.


16. Governing law and dispute resolution

Consumer protection rules of the buyer’s country prevail in consumer relationships. For other matters, the parties will seek an amicable solution; if the dispute persists, the applicable law and forum will be determined according to the relevant contracts, always observing mandatory local legislation where required.
